We are proud to announce that Luca Cordero di Montezemolo and Prince Vitaliano Borromeo join a consortium of entrepreneurs and companies of great importance that have already believed in TUC.technology such as Amedeo Felisa (former CEO of Ferrari), Silvia Merlo (CEO Merlo spa), Marco and Giorgio Tadolini (Megadyne group), Plug&GO Club Deal, Giovanna Dossena (founder AVM & partners), Francesca Masiero (president of PBA spa), Roberto Binetti (President CONFINVEST) e Achille Montanaro (former Business Development Intel) 

This new investors are added to the first shareholders of TUC such as: Sabelt SPA, Pietro Croce (founder and CEO at Merope Asset Management), Dario Tosetti (Founder, President and CEO at Tosetti Value - Il Family office) and Enrico Boglione (CEO Aon Italia). 

This capital increase took place after months of analysis and studies on the patented TUC technology which, in recent months, has reached impressive levels of maturity, the success of this operation is due to the great results obtained in recent years of technological development and interest that the automotive industry (and not only) has regarding the TUC patent. 

TUC s.r.l has reached investments of 2 million euros in just 12 months and in the midst of COVID-19, with this operation TUC.technology lays the foundations for further development of the industrial plan and the growth of the company.
